Went through the drive through and someone says they are closed in the ruddest manner even though there are cars ahead of me... that have clearly ordered. I Ordered 5 pcs chicken online went to pick up no sauce inside the bag so I ask can I get hit sauce dude said we charge extra... for hot sauce wth he didn't even give me and he trying to argue not the first time I had problem at this location workers thinkthey paying for hot sauce. Terrible experience with the Popeyes on Randell rd. I ordered the 5 chicken tenders as the coupon clearly says you can. When I... got home it was the regular chicken. When I called the manager told me the coupon was only good for the regular chicken. When Iexplained that?s not what the coupon said. He told me that I have to tell them when I order I want the tenders which I clearlydid as I dint in bone in chicken. The manager told me the problem was I didn?t state I wanted the tenders when I ordered Ireleased I don?t eat bone in chicken was I know for a fact I said chicken tenders. He just continued to tell me I didn?t. So that was a waste of Money. But the lost customers that go there often. Read more
