Grabbed some pizza pies yesterday as I was searching for a brick oven pizza in the area, I just want to say the pizza was one of... the best I?ve tasted, but the customer service was so horrible that it leaves me not ever wanting to come back. The guy thathelped at the counter was so unfriendly, apathetic and rude. I?m not sure if they were discriminating against me or what becausethe attitude and treatment was so incredibly unwarranted. I placed an order through Uber eats and I ordered 2 regular slices and they looked very stale were hard and burnt not appetizing... at all. I don?t know who would let food go out like that. Totally unacceptable. I?ve been ordering here for a few years and mylast few orders the pizza has been soggy to the point when you bite into it the pizza would fall apart and the cheese is sothick and would be hardened. I?ve tried to give this place the benefit of a doubt but my last order was the last straw for me.The pizza looked as if it was a day or two old. They never disappoint me. The food is always fresh and delicious. I had ordered the lasagna a week or so ago and omg it was so... bomb, so flavorful and the sauce is amazing. I decided lemme try another dish, and gotten spaghetti. So delicious and I lovethe sauce. I also love when you get any baked specialty it comes with salad and bread.
