Today I asked for a order but they didn?t gave me what I asked for. I asked for a combo but they just gave me chicken and pork... ribs. I called them back to complain them that they just put me chicken and pork ribs and that beans that I asked for additional. In the end they blame me that it was my fault that they ask if we just want beans or rice etc. But the thing is that I wantedthe combo with rice and French fries. And they tried to make me look bad just because I look younger. I am 20 years old and Ithink that this workers are good enough to serve in this restaurant. I lived in Elizabeth since 2001 and since then I?ve gone to this place. I know the owners are different and I also understand... things are more expensive these days. However, I don?t understand why the food tastes different. The service is not the best.The cost are higher and the portions are much but much smaller. I was used to order a couple of trays and for a family of 4would be more than enough and you would even had left overs for the following day. They took a great place that had one of thebest Portuguese bbq and turned it in to a mediocre place that over charges for food. Also if you get pick up try to pay withcash because if you pay with CC they will make sure to include an extra fee along with forcing you to leave tip even if youdon?t feel like doing it. Read more

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered over the phone at 5:46, I went to pick up and when I got home I come to find they gave... me the wrong order (it was missing ribs and instead gave me potatoes). I told my husband to call, they told him to come backthey would give him the ribs that were missing (we live about 15 mins away but I had a craving so he went back), he took thepotatoes that we didn?t order but the rest was fine so he didn?t take it ( and they never told us to). He calls me when he gotthere and told me they refused to give him the ribs because he didn?t bring back the full order. After explaining that the restwas fine , they said NO. I go over there my self ( this is the third time of us going now) and the lady didn?t even apologizeshe took forever trying to look for the receipt.. it is now 7:39 and I still haven?t eaten ?
