If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered over the phone and drove 45 minutes to get food from here all for them to say... ?We didn?t make it because they didn?t write it down and put the order in? I am livid. The staff could care less. Read more

The owner is extremely rude and hung up on me mid sentence when I questioned why the policy of payment in advance was not... consistent. I?ve lived in the neighborhood for 25 years & I order food often paying when I pick up. I will never patronize hisestablishment again because he when even more unprofessional when I called back to see if it was intentional. This is a regular place for me when my Aunt's in town, I went against my better judgment and tired something different this... time. Which never works well idk why I even try, but I like to try new things so I did. We shared the appetizer stampler andshared it and it came out fast and it wasn't bad at all. I then ordered the short ribs (remember this is my first time tryingsomething, I order the samething) and they looked amazing coming out. But ended up being all fat I told the waitress about itshe then tells the owner and no action was taken. I wasn't offered anything else nor replacement meat. This is my first timeever experiencing anything like this at this place. My Aunt never wants to make an issue of things so we just paid for food Inever got to enjoy. The waitress told me I should speak with the owner and we decided not to from the body language he showedwhen she told him about this issue.
