If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived and were told it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 30 minutes we asked the... hostess how much longer it would be. She said the waitress had just clocked in and it would just be a minute before she cameout. So we waited about 10 to 15 minutes more. Then we went back to the hostess and asked again how much longer it would be. Shesaid the waitress hit a snag and she would be right with us. The hostess went ahead and sat us assuring us that the waitresswould be right with us. She also took our drink order. After recieving our drinks and waiting another 20 minutes for thewaitress we asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the waitress had just been outside smoking the whole time we had beenwaiting for her. The manager was nice and apologetic but we still decided to leave. We went to Applebees and were sat right awayand our orders taken. Worst part is my parents had come down from Chesapeake to have dinner with us and to specifically go toRuby Tuesdays because they had a rib deal. We will never return to this location. Read more

The best thing about our visit was leaving. The food was basically bland, the broccoli was over cooked the mashed potatoes were... warm not hot the steak was tasteless and dry the ribs were prepackaged at best. My husband ordered a drunk and could not eventaste the alcohol. And that dry steak, when we asked for some A-1 the waitress thought she had some but the bottle was empty. Wewill not be returning. The photos tell the whole story - Their honey bourbon ribs were the best (order extra sauce) and broccoli was fresh and... delicious - THEN that sky-high carrot cake, YUM. All of this served by an A+ waitress named Najharae.N.... She wasaccommodating and saw to our every need. SHUCKS....Can't get photo of my empty plate of rib bones to download....LOL Read more

Went there Thanksgiving day and that may have been part of the problem, no one wanted to work! Had to wait about 30 minutes to... be seated and where we sat was empty the whole time! Hostess didn't have much of a personality at all, was very short withpeople! The waitress was pleasant! Didn't take long to get our food, it was hot but just blah! Not good enough for the price.That seems to be everywhere now though. Was not a very good experience for the time and money!! Read more
