Table was dirty when we sat down. There was only one sever for the whole place. Menu was a copy from an office copier, and... wasn't readable. Food took a long time. Pizza tasted good. Server was friendly, but couldn't keep up. Not her fault. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. On 10/10/2022 6:30 pm. Ordered 18 wings and breadsticks only to come home(because dining room was... closed) to have 12 wings. At $43 you would expect better service than this. Tried calling back only to have them put us on holdfor almost a half an hour then we drove to the store to have our order completed.unacceptable and never will get our businessagain. Read more
Great waitress. No more lunch buffet, but prices have increased. We were the only customers at about 1:30 p.m. Sad to see one... of my favorite places decline so much. Doubt they will be open much longer. Read more
This pizza hut is awesome to dine in at. It's like the old school pizza hut you may remember in the early and mid 90's the way... the dining room is set up with great values on pizza meals for 2 or more people. The service was ???? !! The waitstaff is veryfriendly and goes above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut in Northeast Tennessee here at this West Kingsport on WestStone Drive location by far !! I will always come back here. I hope they stay this way and never change because it was a greatexperience and value for the money spent ????!! Read more
