I do not recommend this business to anybody as I purchased food that I did not receive because I believed it was in the bag when... I left due to there being so much ketchup in the bag, I paid for two wraps and two burgers and I got two wraps and one burgerAll I wanted was a simple replacement for the product I didn't receive and corporates resolution was to give me a coupon for afree sandwich with purchase, now I don't think it's too crazy to ask for a replacement of the burger I already paid for and didnot receive however they wanted me to spend more money to get what I already paid for I was forced to report it to the betterBusiness bureau because the business location hung up on me and then after a few emails corporate stopped responding aswell....... The BBB reached out to the business twice but all attempts to reach them have been futile, this tells me they don'tcare about customer service, legitimate complaints all they are after is money, just another example of modern greed! Sat in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes, for a bag of ice. They took my ice to customer behind me, then tried to give me a... bag of food. Had to tell the boy that I did not order food. Still had to wait for the bag of ice. They were not busy at all. Read more
Service was great and the employees were awesome as usual. But when I pay 3 bucks for a couple cheese sticks, I expect something... that wasn't made hours ago. This isn't the workers' fault but the cheap owners as you can see a general decline in the menuitems. Also the owners don't care as shown by the cut and paste "we're sorry you had a negative experience" bs they put as aresponse to every review. Time for a change up top for this Sonic. Read more

The last several times we have ordered food from Sonic it has been wrong.
