Started off with a black coffee to get my caffeine fix, which was fresh and warm. Now,while Waffle House lacks a multitude of options for vegans or plant-based individuals, they do have one key breakfast item:customizable hash browns. For instance, I had a double order of hash browns with sautéed onions and peppers. The top layer hada nice crunch without being over-cooked, and the vegetables gave the potatoes a nice little zip.
