Small owned and friendly people there
I haven't been since I was a kid (pre internet) but gonna go ahead and write a review anyway. I used to visit my Grandparents... and buy penny and nickle candy here. It is one of my favorite childhood memories. Thanks for that. And to the one who complainedabout food prep and gloves, I've worked in the food industry for many years and when you see gloves that means people aren'twashing hands. Love their food and their convenient location. I highly dislike that the staff NEVER wear gloves when they make your food for... you. It makes me uncomfortable thinking about the cross contamination and germs. Also, the last time I was there the staff northe customers were wearing masks, even though there was a mandate in place requiring this. If you are a high-risk person, I?dnot recommend going here for risk of illness at this time. To staff, please wear gloves when making people?s food- theyshouldn?t have to ask you to do this.
