Service and drive thru wait times are always excessively long, even if I am only getting a cheeseburger, fries, and drink. Sadly... the only reason I even return is because of the cost affordability. So when money is tight I am forced to wait 20 minutes forfood. Read more
Most Wendy?s I go to can never seem to get the orders correct. The food is always pretty great, but if you don?t want something... on your sandwich your probably going to get it anyways. I ordered an Asiago ranch club sandwich. I asked for the classic(crispy)and to have no tomatoes and a large water. I get my water and it was literally brown.???? I guess it from the other drinks inthe machine. But it was fine I just didn?t drink it and it was free anyways. But when I opened my sandwich I got a grilledsandwich and it also had tomatoes. Which I would normally just pick it off and eat it anyways because I hate complaining but I?m33 weeks pregnant and was on the verge on having a meltdown. My husband went back through the drive thru and told them. Theybrought another one out and we drove off. I started opening the wrapper and when I did they did not put tomatoes on it but itwas still the grilled chicken instead of the crispy. So my husband went back inside. All the employees were nice and theyattempted to remake the sandwich again. My husband got the third sandwich and as he was walking out checked it and it was acrispy chicken sandwich but it still had the tomatoes on it. I honestly couldn?t even be mad at that point and it honestly mademe laugh. I didn?t think it was possible to mess up the sandwich three times. We still had all the old sandwiches they messed upso we took the top bun off the grilled sandwich that didn?t have the tomatoes and used it on my new crispy sandwich. The sandwhich was good. I came hungry; and left still hungry. I thought the Dave's Single would be bigger than this. It wasn't hot, and it didn't have a... taste to it, so I put extra ketchup and two packs of pepper on it. I came in right at the breakfast lunch changeover and I had a craving for a breakfast sandwich. The very nice lady who assisted... me assured me that I would get that sandwich. She also let me know they had a special on it. I requested decaf coffee and shequickly brewed me a fresh pot. It's difficult to find this kind of service in this fast paced world we live in these days. Everyaspect of my visit here was perfect. It will be a regular stop in the future when I'm in the area.
