Ordered on the app got the alert that the order was ready I parked and checked in with the app and on the email I was sent... saying my order was ready. 25 minutes later I walked inside and asked about my order they asked for my name and then went andstarted making my order. She then told me I wouldn't be receiving a large drink even though I ordered and paid for a largebecause they were out of lids. She did ask me if I wanted anything else in place of the large drink because I paid for it butsaid she would have to get a mangers approval first I told her I had waited long enough at this point. After waiting 45 minutesfor the food only to find out my sandwich wasn't made correctly I paid extra for it to be made into a club and add bacon andcheese and there was none. She didn't offer an apology or any kind of compensation she only said that she didn't know I wasoutside waiting on my order because their tablet wasn't hooked up and they didn't get an alert about be being there even thoughI was sitting right outside the drive up window and I saw several employees look out and point at my truck. Been here three times since we have been on vacation. Honestly. It gets comically worse each time.. they are out of everything,... we get parked every time, and if you enjoy cold food or dehydrated sunlamp burn this is the spot for you! There are fewchoices in this town, don't pick this one! UPDATE: Just got back to our campsite with our order. It is like Christmas, exceptwe are all unwrapping things we did not order! Waited a little over 15 for some fries. Cashier kept cutting us off as we were ordering in the drive thru. Our order was given... to us incorrectly. We were the only car in the drive thru at the time, but yet we still had to ?pull forward? I guess to protecttheir drive time as if they service these cars that fast.
