My review of this Wendy's has changed dramatically. They can not keep the same workers, which I am assuming it has to do with... poor management, while other restaurants stay as stable for the most part. They can not get a simple order correct and they donot know the difference between a large and a small drink. This Wendy's is awful. I keep trying every so often in hopes that it gets better, but it's worse every single time. This last... time we went both the soda machines in the dining area for customers to use were broken, they didn't have any baked potatoesbecause "we didn't cook any today," and our order was wrong so we had to go back up to the counter to have them fix it. Itwasn't busy when we went so there is no excuse for getting the order wrong. Also, the dining room was dirty with sticky floors.Previous times we've gone to this restaurant and they were out of a lot of the menu items. How can you go so downhill? How can you be so hit or miss? What?s going on here? I absolutely love waiting in a drive through... line for 30 minutes with 1 car ahead of me, to finally get home with everything wrong. You guys are cooking 1 persons meal at atime or working with efficiency systems? Your management does not look at feedback or try to fix this sinking ship. Extremely disgusted. The Wendy?s in town was absolutely horrible. Did an online order with a in store pick up. Arrived at order... pick up time, no customers in the store, was ignored by the 3 team members ?behind the counter. There were 2 cars in the driveup when we arrived. Walked in the door and almost slipped and fell. The floors were greasy. Was rudely spoken to by one of theguys working. I guess we was there inconvenience. Same employee stated the didn?t have any chocolate or strawberry frosties. Welet him know we didnt want vanilla. He tried to say he could do anything then. Well I wasn?t going to give them almost $8 fornothing. Finally after 15 minutes after order pick up time we got what was left of the order. Wow. Food was COLD, burger andchicken Sa sick were wrapped so tight they were half the size the lemonade was watered down (he complained about having to getlemonade out of the walk in).
