Was disappointed in the Country Style Rib Sandwich. The rib sandwich didn't taste like pork ribs at all. It was rubbery and had... no taste. Even the barbecue sauce didn't help. Arby's always has been my favorite fast food restaurant. The Manager Steve is awesome. Customer service was excellent. Had a... little hiccup with order. But he made it all the way right. Establishment was clean. And Steve went above and beyond to make hiscustomers happy. Read more
