Food was good! Service was mediocre at best didn't seem ll like the chef was happy with his job on this particular visit. For... a family of five we were charged an automatic gratuity of 18% and it seemed as if they wanted us to tip more on top of thatwhich I was always a 20% tipper so the fact that they had already pre-charged us that tip is a real big turn off. When at Ozwhich I frequent they charge 18% gratuity for seven or more and sometimes if they're just kids they don't add this which again Itip for what the value of the service and food is there should not be a standard 18% tip on the party of 5 for a 300$ meal.
