DO NOT EAT HERE!!! BAD SERVICE or rather NO SERVICE AT ALL. We have to ask for everything. They just put all your order in a bag... in a vertical way including the pancake plate without butter and syrup. The pancake came out squished with the egg. THE KIOSK IAA BAD THING!!! Read more
We stopped to order lunch in the drive through and were impressed at how fast it moved. After we paid, we were handed our drinks... and the happy meal, and told to go park in the lot to wait for the rest. 7 minutes later, the rest of our food made stops at 3different cars before it found ours, which I think was delivered by the store manager. By this time, the happy meal was likelycold. Why would you give me half my order, ask me to sit and wait, and then bring the rest when my first half is alreadycold? It doesn't make sense, it's just common sense, but it's also a common theme for McDonald's. The rest of our food thatcame out fresh still wasn't hot, so we were left wondering what we waited 7 minutes for, nothing tasted overly fresh. I alsowanted to comment, that $11 for a burger and fries has gotten ridiculous. A happy meal, burger, fries, and a chicken sandwichcombo came out to $28. The value in a quick cheap lunch at McDonald's is gone, so you're better off going to a legit restaurant. Read more
The drive thru was only moving on one side for a couple of cars. Not sure this was the employee's fault or over zealous... customers. Just frustrating ???? Read more
This McDonald's used to be a good location. Had good customer service and if there was an issue they would quickly and... courteously fix it. However, since the remodel that has all changed. Today's experience was the worst I've ever had. And thatis saying a lot since it has been going down hill lately in general. I ordered 3 items, 2 sausage/egg McMuffins, and 1Sausage/egg McGriddle. They told me to park and wait...for three of the most popular breakfast Items! When I go to park itbecomes clear that they parked the 2 cars in front of me and the one after. We were waiting about 15 minutes when I finally seea manager come out and hand food to the first car that was parked. He drives away and she makes no attempt to acknowledge therest of us waiting. Finally after another 5 and seeing new cars pulling out of drive thru, it is clear they had completelyforgotten about all the cars they parked 20 minutes ago. I got out of my car and went in. Staff had no clue people were waitingfor their order in the parking lot. They were packing new drive thru orders ahead of the ones that had been waiting 20 minutes.I tried to get help, they just held up their hand to me, and walked away. Then the manager (same person had brought out the oneorder to the first car waiting) had no idea what was going on. She didn't understand why I was upset, had to ask me 3 times whatI ordered. She kept looking at the monitor and back at me. I've worked at McDonald's in my younger days and knew why she keptglancing at the monitors. The orders had been cleared and were no longer there. Finally, I tell her again, 2 sausage eggMcMuffins and sausage egg Mc Griddle. I see her pull items out of another order being bagged and hand me my food. On my way outI made sure to advocate for the people still waiting. I went to McDonald?s drive through on Saturday the 12th of November to order a chocolate and strawberry milkshake. I was told... they had no chocolate or strawberry available and the only choice was vanilla. I would consider having milkshake flavors as anessential item to have in stock and am sorely disappointed and will not be going to McDonald?s in the future. I will be takingmy business elsewhere.
