First time ordering: waited 30 minutes; pizza was sitting in the warmer and no one told me that it was ready, while i waited in... the dining area. Staff were all in the back, not providing customer service. Second time: mom called and ordered, pizza didn'tarrive for over an hour; mom called only to find out that it was set for a pick-up, not delivery. pizza was delivered cold andmom was charged a $7 delivery. We love Mountain Mikes pizza, but in my opinion their large seems more like a medium. But the price is for a large. Very... disappointed in the sizing considering the price. It seems I should?ve orders extra large instead, but their description said alarge had 12 to 14 slices. It does, but very small slices. Unimpressed and disappointed. We come to this spot regularly. Great lunch buffet usually. This time around was very poor they had a very poor salad bar with... wilted and slimy greens. When we asked to see if they can replace it they were reluctant. When they brought it back out they didnot clean it and they still mixed fresh spinach with the other greens that were wilted and still slimy. The price was increasedbut yet the food was poorly prepared and hardly no pizzas out. Not sure if they're under a new management because the staff wasall different.
