Was at this location today and they gave me the scraps of the chow mein and it tasted like old oil. They also were very strictly... enforcing the mask mandate on customers while having two plus unmasked people inside working on the soda machine in the middleof the restaurant. I'm a fan of Panda Express and this location is around the corner from my house but I refuse to go to this location. The way... this Panda Express is run is terrible. In particular, this is the only location I have ever seen that uses a scale to measurethe portions. After five straight times of receiving small portions in my 2 item combo boxes, I decided to drive a bit furtherto the Calvine/EG Florin location and get normal portions instead of the small portions at the Waterman location. I'm prettysure the manager of this location thinks she is doing the right thing for the business but the reality is that many people avoidthis location because of the way she runs it. Read more
I didn?t even get a chance to order my food nor were they busy at all. Person in front of me were ordering 5 plates so that took... a while, as well I was on my 30 minute break from work which already took time for me to get there and than wait another 20 minjust for service. I just left upset and hungry. Mind you there were other servers behind the counter looking at me in uniformwaiting to be served. Read more
