I like Papa Murphy's but this location was my first visit. They did not make my pizza the way I asked and they were very rude. ... I will keep going to the location I used to go to in another part of elk grove. Read more
Price is reasonable for uncooked pizza however sometimes customer service needs to be told that topping is not enough.
I started going to this location in mid 2021 but am going to find another store. About 6-8 weeks ago there was a significant... change in staff. My pizza at that time was murdered. The dough was tough and it just didn?t taste right. I waited and returnedtonight hoping that staff have experience now. I think there are new new staff and again I am disappointed. The order was wrongand I had to have it corrected. The girl was beyond dispassionate and clearly didn?t want to be there. I might return in acouple of months but for now I will visit another location. Read more
