BEST PHO I'VE EVER TASTED!!! It's Sunday night and my family and I decided to order chicken pho. LITERALLY EVERY place in Elk... Grove stated they were "out of ingredients or out of food" I called Pho Dynasty and the man that answered the phone had statedthey were closed already and asked what was my order so I replied I'm only ordering chicken pho and said ok I don't do this butI'll make an exception tonight. This man went above and beyond, made the pho for us and my family LOVED THE WAY IT IS MADE...Pho Dynasty is now our to go place EVERY TIME we cave a great plate of pho. Their Pho broth is for real and not salty. Wait staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean and cozy. They should have... herbs typically served by other Vietnamese restos.
