Talking negatively about customer when I was just minding my own business and filling up my drink, bad customer service
Absolutely terrible quality. The large fries container was only filled halfway. The cheddar beef sandwich bread was soggy with... most of the cheese sauce on the wrapper. They did not give me the condiments I requested and the Dr. Pepper was completely flat.Worst Arby's I have ever gotten food from. Read more
Terrible service. The people are rude and don't say anything when you pull up to order. You have to keep saying hello till... someone finally rudly says it will be a minute. Food is okay, it's mostly a service issue. Drive through takes forever. Read more
