I ordered the cashew chicken lunch special (includes plain fried rice), pot stickers, a spring roll, and an egg roll. This was... my first time ordering from this restaurant, so I wanted to try a few different things. The egg roll was ok. Nothing special. Itwas supposed to include shrimp (inside), but there was none. The spring roll was really good. One of the better ones I?ve had,in fact. No complaints there except that I wish I would have ordered more. The fried rice was very underwhelming, and tastedlike white rice. The only distinguishable difference was that it was a very light tan. The pot stickers weren?t horrible, butcertainly not great. One of the best parts about pot stickers is the one crispy side, but these were soggy on that side andcompletely lacked that crust. Lastly, the cashew chicken wasn?t good at all. The cashews were soft, which caught me off guard,the sauce was thin and bland, and the chicken was chewy. Read more
