Beware- order on my Panda Express app and did dine-in carry out, checked out/paid and said food would be ready at 4pm. Get to... the restaurant and the lobby is closed. Drive thru is wrapped around the building, way out into the parking lot!! Now my food isgetting cold inside the restaurant, no one will answer the phone, and here 20mins later am still 4 or 5 cars back in thedrive-thru..I called the phone number 3 times. Then I get up finally to my turn in the drive-thru and they say that the lobbydoors are open but the sign says lobby is closed. There is no indication that you can come in to pick up your mobile orders.What is wrong with you guys Panda Express I am super disappointed in you. The service is so terrible every time I come here. I was the only car in drive through . They didn?t acknowledge me for 6... minutes so I drove to the window. They made me go back around. I like the food, really have been frustrated with the service. Maybe panda needs to work harder on getting more employees. No... dine in seating for months, and now you have to wait in a super long drive through line for your online order too. What's thepoint of online order anymore if you can't grab it on your schedule.
