NO way!!!! I?m from St. Louis in town on business, been literally going to this subway everyday. The staff is great! Makes great... sandwiches and are very personable, until today where I was greeted by a very angry, unfriendly and curt (to put it nicely)person who claimed to be the manager. Haven?t seen her at all until now and her actions were rude, incorrigible, andunappetizing. Because of her, I will NOT return, which is unfortunate because the staff otherwise was what kept me coming back.She claims to be management , well when you call them you get nothing. Person was working alone ger help never showed up. Person working said she just got out of hospital and had pneumonia and kept... coughing and gasping for breath. Felt bad for her and was afraid to eat there due to flu and other illnesses. Read more
I normally enjoy Subway but don't go when it's close to closing time. The bread wasn't that fresh and most of the meat and... veggies were out of stock. Had to get my kid dinner somewhere else because they were out of turkey. Subway is still a good placeto eat but I don't recommend a last minute late night trip. Read more
Owner needs to anticipate staffing needs better when there is a giant aquatic complex across the street hosting hundreds of... people for a swim meet this weekend. There is only one employee trying her best to make sandwiches for a line that?s over 30 minlong. I?ve also seen more than 10 people walk to the door and leave when they saw the number of people waiting.
