Did a mobile order. Waited 35 minutes as I see 15 or so cars go through the drive thru and leave. Then they forget my drinks,... and I wait another 10 minutes because the heavier set lady in the drive thru decided to play on her phone and ignore thecustomers in the lobby. So one of the poor kids who?s busy making orders has to step up and ask me what I need. The lady lookedlike she could possibly be a manager, and if so she should be ashamed. It?s nobodies fault but your own that this is your job,you have a choice to work somewhere and if you?d like to sit on your cell phone all day I suggest quitting and doing it at home, otherwise you?ll get receive revuews like these.
