There were 3 items missing from our order. Once we called to try to get our missing items on a later date, they informed us we... had to bring our entire order back to the store. Our home is 45 minutes away from this facility which is not practical to turnaround and return the food at which the entire order would be cold and we would waste more money in gas than the missing items.The lady that answered the phone was condescending and provided terrible service. This is one of the best Taco Bell locations in the area, and will we often go out of our way to eat at this location. The staff... here are always polite and the service here is quick. The two biggest problems I've ever had here are that they sometimes areout of sauce (or don't put enough in the bag, likely due to running low), and that there was ONE time I had a missing burrito.Other than that, every single experience has been excellent. The food is always hot and fresh, they don't make a mess of theirtacos or skimp on ingredients, and they aren't overpriced. This is the Taco Bell that I judge all others against, no contest.
