They should change the name to Wings Eventually?!!! Don?t want to take the stars away from the server because she was great! But... the wait time at the door and the wait times for food are INSANE!! We?ve only been here twice and both times we?ve waited aminimum of 5 minutes for someone to greet us at the door. Sat down with my one year old daughter, ordered drinks and food rightaway - because toddlers. There were 4 tables in the whole place when we walked in and it took a solid 45 minutes after orderingto get a chicken wrap and a kids cheeseburger. When the food came out the KIDS cheeseburger was wayyyyy under cooked, still coldand red in the center and my wrap had at best, 3 boneless wings in the entire thing. Server was quick to bring out anotherburger but by then I was trying to tame the beast with just the bun and she was no longer interested in eating. So an hour and ahalf and $30 later, I ate a tortilla with ranch and lettuce and my daughter left hungry and was very late for her nap. Neveragain, good try y?all but you need to do so much better. Some would label Wings Etc. as a sports bar, but to the contrary. Yes, it has a dozen televisions tuned to sports, but it's not... the traditional noisy atmosphere; it's a place you can take the family. I've been frequenting Wings Etc. for over 20-years andhave never been disappointed with the service or with the quality and quantity of food. Wings Etc. is franchised but "Jim"assures consistency in the product-line he created, from all locations I've been to. Read more
When you call to get orders to pick up, the girls over the phone talk to you with one word answer. You have to ask them for... clarification. Then when finish, you say thanks, they say yup. They need to improve their customer service skills. I never writereviews, less reviews like this, but this restaurant is the one I always go, and the service is getting worse rather thanbetter.
