We ordered food at 430 and it said it was out for delivery at 516. After an hour of waiting we got notification that the order... was delivered but it wasn?t. Called the store and the arrogant worker said the app isn?t working and to wait 10 mins and see ifit arrives. It didn?t so my wife called back and he kept saying app isn?t working. The problem is it?s been an hour and a halfsince the order, where is it at!? After my wife said I get that your busy but an hour and half is not acceptable. He proceededto tell my wife that you and your kids aren?t here helping with orders so you don?t really care that we?re busy. Will neverorder another item from this store. Judging from the last couple months of reviews this seems to be a norm on how they run theirbusiness. Read more

They seem to be trying, but they?re very disorganized. Can?t seem to handle a bunch of orders at the same time. Don?t trust the... app! They need to hire many more people but apparently they must not pay enough to get help. The phone just rings endlesslywhile you?re waiting in the store, so I wouldn?t try calling. They did throw in a 2-liter to try and apologize, so I give the??em credit for that. Read more

*See edit below* I had a late night order, placed literally as they were closing. Order was delivered to my hotel fast and was... very hot. Spoke to manager Tabetha briefly on the phone, she was pleasant. The driver (Nathan assuming the text was correct) wasalso nice. Good thing I heard him set the pizza down, I wanted to tip him in cash and wouldn?t have been able too because itdidn?t appear he was going to knock. I?m glad I caught him in time! EDIT: Well my last 3 experiences have not been as great asthe one above. Apparently that was a one off. Placed an order a week after the one above, the driver drove to the wrong hotel,even though I put the name while ordering, and our pizza arrived cold. She was very polite, however. We called to complain andthey comped us 2 pizzas for the two they ruined. Tried to call tonight to place that order and the guy on the phone said theydon?t have any drivers so they can only do pickup. I was in the middle of telling him that would be fine and he hung up on me.Called back and was on hold forever and he never answered. Ended up getting food elsewhere. After getting my two free pizzasI?ll probably never get anything from this location again. We were thrilled when this location opened. Pizza delivery in our area!!! It started out great. The last several times, however,... not great at all. My food is tired looking cold when it arrives. Cold. The last time it sat in the store for an hour beforedelivery picked it up. I know this because the tracker tells you when it?s out of the oven. It?s really disappointing. I was hesitant on doing this, because I?m not one to leave bad reviews. However, in this case it needs to be done. A few months... ago, we went to this Domino?s for the first time. We ordered carry out. When my boyfriend went inside to pick it up, it wasn?tready yet. He witnessed the guy wipe his nose and then proceed to touch our food. Our garlic knots came out burnt, so we neededto have them remake them. All of this was forgiven, because things do happen. But after our experience tonight, we won?t beordering from them again. We ordered for delivery this time, thinking it would be the fastest option since we?re maybe threeminutes away. It took over an hour for our food to be delivered. The tracker said it was delivered when it wasn?t, and it didn?tend up being delivered for another 20 minutes. The delivery driver showed up with cold pizza and the wrong drink. I understandmistakes happen, but after reading other reviews, this seems to be a trend. If you?re in need of a quick, easy dinner option, Isuggest you go elsewhere. Read more
