We went to Maximos for our wedding rehearsal dinner and it was great! Very conveniently located (we were at A Venue on the... Ridge) we had about 30 inside for a delicious buffet style meal of enchiladas, tacos, and sides. Deb and hear team did afantastic job and we enjoyed the leftovers the whole next week ???? highly recommend! Read more

They hosted my sisters rehearsal dinner and it was fantastic. The food was amazing! We had enchiladas and tacos. The guac.... ????Definitely recommend the sangria too. I wish I lived closer to go here more often. Read more
Stopped by since my husband and I recently moved to Elkhorn and wanted to try out a close/local spot. It was on Husker game day... so it was quiet but exactly what we wanted. The patio was awesome but the food was even better! I got the Maximo Enchiladas andthey had so much flavor. My husband ordered the fajitas and said their were some of the best he had in Omaha. Everything wasfresh and the service was great. Although I couldn?t indulge in a margarita (pregnant) my husband said they were perfect and sogood! Can?t wait to come back to try them soon and don?t forget to try the apple taco dessert!!! Read more
