Additional Information
Called ahead and placed an order for pickup on my drive home from work. Got to domino's walked in gave them my info and was told... I never ordered. I ordered I have the call on my outgoing call log. Next time that kid at the counter should put the order in.Now I get to sit in the car waiting for another 30 minutes when i could have been headed home. There's another domino's in myroute home a bit out of the way but at least hopefully they will put my order in. Wont be back to this location not happy at allvery upset with the service behind the counter. Update they forgot to put cheese on the hole pizza now 2 hrs waiting for foodand went someplace else. I have words for that store manager when I call on Monday Read more
A well run and kept Dominos with a courteous staff. The order was prepared quickly. The pizza was consistent with other Dominos... in the chain, if not better than other Dominos I have had. Read more
Delivery driver was cool, people at the store were trippin, they be givin you a send off talkin bout.. it will be there in 15... minutes. Not the truth. If it aint fina be there on time just say that. Ya'll worse than waiting on the plug at Walmart. Facts Read more
Ordered several pizzas. Their tracker system sent one note, and the folks at the Elkhorn Store choose NOT to send any other... updates. So we had no idea the pizza was ready. We had three pizzas, and EVERYONE WAS BURNED and DRIED OUT. Horrible pizzas. Noone at the store had offered any solutions. AVOID this Dominos if you like pizza. Read more
