I ordered from the kiosk took longer than from counter fries are cold and wait time was 15 minutes there is no reason for that,... but they explained they ran out of rappers for the food I ordered and apparently when it was called from the line nobody heardthey were out,. There are emoyees at this location that is very off putting to the general public. The tattoos and multiple piercings are just... gross when dealing with my food. No gloves. The political bumper stickers on employees vehicles are offensive. Pictures of gunsspelling out words. I will not spend anymore of my $$$ at this location. Read more
My grandson went to the McDonald?s in Elkins 3 times to get food. He ordered a bacon egg biscuits for me. They don?t know the... difference between bacon and sausage. Those people at that McDonald?s don?t get anything right. I hope all McDonald?s are betterthan this one. I rated them a one only because they didn?t have a zero. I would give them a 10 for the worst. This was my first visit to your location and was so disappointed by the service I will never return or recommend . The customer... service was terrible. I was there on 8/15/22 @10:36 am. I took my grandkids for the dollar menu just to be told the dollar menuI'd available for lunch menu any longer. But the menu reflects a dollar menu so I don't understand so I ended up spending $16instead of $6 the customer service was horrible I'm so disappointed. Read more

2nd time I was given old fries. The "fresh" ones were over cooked & extremely over salted. The burger was super salty too. This... store is never clean, too many employees standing around.
