We have been through the drive through four times. They ALWAYS forget to add an item or two. The first three times we did not... realize it until we got home. The last time I did not leave until I pulled everything out of the bag to check. I am not sureif it's a scam or not or if the employees just don't care. I went to the Elkridge location and ordered a 2 piece with a breast and thigh. I paid for my meal at the drive thru, upon... getting my order I didn't get a breast and a thigh. When I questioned the cashier he said it would be $1.75 more for the breast.I gave him back my order and asked for a refund. The cashier told me to never come back there again. I asked why because hemessed my order up and I want a refund. He gave me the finger and refused to give me his name. He said I'm not giving you myname, what are you the police? I'm still in shock that he barred me from ever coming back to that store because he messed myorder up, I will be happy to give my money to a restaurant who values me as a customer. This is the worst Popeyes? I?ve ever been to and I will never go again. My family and I stopped in after leaving BWI and ordered... via the drive thru. The woman who took our order was very rude and unprofessional. Also, they didn?t have several things thatthey advertise on the menu. Be prepared to check your bag before you drive off, because there's a very high chance they didn't give you what you ordered. I... gave this location 3 chances, so I am done going to this location as they barely get my order right. The manager has a very badattitude even after messing up my order continuously.
