This is one of the best recipes of beans and rice I have had in a long time. The portions are very generous also.
The service was really good. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was just ok for me. It was way too salty for... my taste. I don't know if it was off day or that's the norm. The rice was good, the beef patty was good as well. The jerkchicken didn't have that spicy kick I was looking for and it tasted more like a dry season blend instead of the traditional wetmarinade. The portions are nice sized. The price point is a bit pricey but I guess its ok for the area. All in all it was a niceexperience. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Read more
I had the fried fish (Escoveitch). Quite frankly I was not impressed, (it was a small fried fish, with a big fish $$ price tag... on it) The flavor of the sauce over the fried fish was unique, i?m not saying it was bad but at the same time I would not haveit again.
