Very nice young lady took my order and somehow it got screwed up. The negative review is for the cook who argued with her when... told she made the wrong thing. I don't care who was wrong but I spent about 25 minutes (lunch break) trying to get the orderright, watching them reopen all my food, and ended up walking out with nothing, except them saying I should get my $9.00 refundon my card in "3-5 days". I?ve just received the worst chicken sandwich I?ve ever eaten. Oh wait I couldn?t eat it because it was hard as a rock. After... not even wanting to go out because I am feeling under the weather and didn?t feel well enough to cook decided to leave my houseto receive a disgrace of a chicken sandwich. I would sooner call it a rock on a bun I literally think my tooth is cracked now. Iwould put zero stars if I could. Men's bathroom was disgusting. I would suggest going to a Gas Station bathroom before coming here. Windows and doors look like... they haven't been cleaned in some time. My visit was at 11:10 am. The customer experience I give a pass as these employees arebasically working for peanuts. Food was as expected. Hence two stars vs 1 star. Called KFC Customer service to explain. Theyhad me on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. Let me say that I am a Contractor that eats at fast food places daily. I veryrarely submit reviews. So in summary it seems there are systemic problems that involve more than the Elkton location itself.How they complete with the other Chicken place truly baffles me. Read more
Came in on Monday evening. It looked like they were short staffed and food was taking a bit. They did mess up my order but... apologized all ocer themselves and fixed it. Not one person wasn't working. It wasnt perfect but they really did try and somelooked like young kids. I left in aww of how hard they were working and putting up with attitudes from customers. I hope morepeople tell them they are doing a hell of a job, customer service is not easy. Read more

It was the dirtiest, filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. You could literally smell the urine from the bathrooms. The... stench was nauseating. The staff was rude and unprofessional. When I mentioned how the trash was overflowing, an employee becameoutraged and began slamming doors and swearing and throwing things. I requested a refund after see how unclean this KFC/TACOBELL was.
