Placed an order through the app and chose ?pick up inside? to avoid the line, since it always takes at least 20 min to get... through. When I got there, parked in the ?mobile order? parking spot and tried to walk in to pick up my PREPAID order, the doorwas locked. No one inside acknowledged my presence. I drove through the line, waited 20-30 min, skipped the speaker because myorder was already placed, and when I got to the window they said my order wasn?t ready because I didn?t ?check in? at thespeaker. I wasn?t supposed to be going through the line to begin with; I had chosen ?pick up inside? on the app to avoid that. When I asked why I would need to check in when my order is supposed to be ready (the whole point of ordering ahead), the girlhad a snarky answer. I asked for the manager who stated they don?t start making online orders until the customer arrives. WhenI asked what the point of ordering online was if that?s how they operate, he said ?I?m cancelling your order because I don?tlike you? and closed the window in my face. I was just at this location 15 minutes ago. I started talking to the nice lady on the intercom then a male interrupted me and... asked what's your order after I was just trying to be pleasant. There was nobody in front of me there was nobody behind me therewas no need for the rudeness or the rush. When I got to the window the gentleman was very rude after I asked for the manager andthe other employees just basically laughed at the situation. Read more

We didn't have what we ordered. Everything was messed off. I order the New Grilled Stake cheese wrap and got a bean breakfast... burrito. Ordered Grilled cheese Wrap and we got a kind of chopped tomatoes and lettuce quesadilla. The tacos had just fewchopped tomatoes and little lettuce, no meat no nothing. Absolutely the worst that can possibly come out of workers. 1 hour and 15 (12/03/22) minutes after they are supposedly open... there was no greeting at drive through so drove to the window. Worker did act like she couldn't see my car firstly. Then finallyopened the window looking like she just woke up. I explained that the order was placed on the app. Then as I'm looking at thehours open 4 feet away from me she says we aren't open (all recorded) . She gets the manager who definitely was just as bad -two workers who clearly did not care one bit about their job. This isn't the first instance of bad service I've gotten in thisvery location (Ellenton Florida). Taco Bell please do your customers a favor and send someone from corporate who isn't afraid ofdoing a major overhaul please come to this location and do something about it. Or let some other franchise come in this locationand give up on these "ahem" brainiacs that get hired in this location. Read more
