Just went there online it says it opens at 10am I was told it opened at 10:30an when I said oh well online it says 10am she... rudely cut me off and repeated it opens at 10:30am. This type of bad attitude makes me not want to come back. Read more
Went thru drive thru & inquired about a desert item, that apparently is not on the menu any longer but the attendant just kept... going silent each time I asked, and would not answer; and it was not the system bcuz they kept asking what did I want - it's ok,about the item, I ordered something else, but brush-up on the customer service. We went through drive thru for blizzards. We ordered 3 different blizzards. When they handed us the blizzards they couldn't... tell us which was which. Once we drove up the street to the park most of our ice cream was melted. Something must be wrongwith the machine because going 2 minutes up the road shouldn't melt most of our ice cream in an air conditioned car.
