I have been eating BK sparingly since childhood and I have to say the quality of the food declines progressively year to year.... That said, today is by far the worse experience I've ever had. I'm literally sick to my stomach as I'm writing this and I'malmost wishing I'll get sick enough to get this junk out of my system. First off, the triple whopper patties were completelydry. Clearly kept in a food warmer way too long. The patties tasted like the there was sand in them. The bread was hard,inflexible and dry. They were out of tomatoes. Barely any lettuce. Bacon was hard and somewhat burnt. The onion rings looked andtasted triple refried. All batter no onion. Couldn't taste it. I ordered a side of 4-piece chicken nugget. The only gave me 3.Are these guys struggling? No sauces or napkins. I have no idea how this place is even in business. Most people go around themanyway to go to taco bell but I was craving a burger. Big mistake! I believe most these restaurants are franchises. Whoever ownsthis one either doesn't care, is disengaged, too far removed or numb/indifferent to what is going on here. My wife picked thisup for me so I can't speak to the service. But whatever I ate today was part dried food, part synthetic tasteless fillers. Bigregret. Read more
Placed order ahead of time. Waited almost 30 minutes for food. Order placed at 8:06. Received food at 8:32. Watched what I... thought was my shake and one drink on the counter for ten minutes. Finally order was ready. They gave me a poorly blended,melted chocolate Oreo shake. Food and trash all over kitchen. Trash and ketchup all over drink area and bugs crawling all over.Gross ???? 15 minutes after we got our food, my party was chatting and the lady proceeds to shout across the dining room, "Hey,guys? This is the first one star review I have ever written in my life, so congrats, Burger King! I ordered online and gave a pick up... time for an hour out so they would have plenty of time. But I still have been standing here waiting for 30 minutes past thattime without so much as an acknowledgment of my existence from the staff. I have worked in the food industry so I understandthat it?s not always easy but there was literally one other couple in the restaurant, so I just can?t understand how thisbusiness can run this way. This location just a few months ago was great, now it just fell under. The concept of a plain burger is something the cooks here... can't understand time and time again, and the food takes too long to be made. Assuming your burger is correct, there's about a70% chance of getting a burnt or super dry patty. I get patties sit around for a while, but serving a patty that's rock hardjust isn't acceptable, especially if you're paying as much as you are. Read more

I love BK and I really want to love this one because it?s the closest fast food restaurant to my house, but it?s just not good.... We?ve given it at least ten chances, each time hoping it would be better, but unfortunately it did not deliver. The staff isfriendly, but the food is never ever hot. It is always cold, and obviously not made fresh (which is crazy because you have towait a really long time for your food). The last time we went was definitely the last time because there was a hair in mydaughters burger, which is reprehensible. I can understand that ONLY if the place is so slammed that mistakes are inevitable,but we were the only people there so it?s inexcusable. I?m assuming people have caught on because there is never a line andrarely anyone ever there. It?s sad because BK food is so good. Read more
