Called here twice for food this weekend and every single time they answer the phone they are RUDE!!!! I've never ever been so... disgusted with how a business takes orders. Get some customer service training and teach your team better. I won't be comingback here. Read more

I've ordered from Angelo's twice. First time I got a small/personal pan for my son a large pizza for everyone else along with a... Buffalo chicken wrap. The second time I had their Chicken Gyro and fries. Let's talk about one of the best Buffalo chicken wrapsaround. It's stuffed with chicken. I'm so use to having few pieces of chicken, lettuce, tomato and onion but the amount ofchicken they put in their wrap is perfect!! Their chicken gyro is also really good. They have fast service and you can orderonline. Read more

Angelo?s has been our go to for pizza in town. Really, really good. However, they recently changed their crust and it is not as... good and is noticeably smaller. I hope they change it back because we will no longer order the pizza. Cheesesteaks are good butwe order pizza more often. Read more

Oh no, why??? This was our family?s favorite go to for pizza, and all of the sudden it?s different. It went from a great hand... tossed style crust to a horrid Pizza Hut imitation! All the sudden the pizzas are smaller, shaped like they were made in a panand the dough seems prefabbed. Ugh, super bummed!!! Read more

We have enjoyed takeout from Angelo's for a few years now with an occasional mistake but that's not unusual with any... restaurant. This evening however I placed an online order and swung by to pick it up after work on the way home. After arrivinghome I opened the bag to get our food and found that my wife's chicken Caesar salad was ... some other type of salad with fetacheese which she hates. I called Angelo's and very politely told them of their mistake after confirming on my receipt that Ihad ordered the right salad. The person who answered the phone didn't say much, had long periods of silence and hemmed andhawed. He asked if we wanted to drive back and get the right salad. I said yes but explained that we live 16 miles away. Hesaid...ok... I asked if he wanted us to bring the wrong salad back to them or throw it out and he said "sure". After about 10seconds of additional silence he hung up on me. No apology. So my wife and I drove 16 miles back to Angelo's where my wife wentin and exchanged the salads. Again no apology but they did tell her there would be no additional charge. ???? Returning homeafter driving the 32 additional miles, wasting about $10 in extra gas, getting no apology for their frigged up service or theextra hour of driving and delay, the miles and added expense for our trouble I then sat down to eat my own, now cold, hotparmesan sub. Yum. ???? Going to be avoiding Angelo's for the foreseeable future until or unless their service and staffimprove to at least the level of common decency and courteous customer service. Read more
