Second time in 3 months pizza shows up cold. My Italian hoagie looks like this.(pic) Called to ask about the sandwich and ask... her about why I have no meat. She recited how much goes on the sandwich. Not her fault it?s the owner. Didn?t ask to refund.It?s now a $30 lesson. Please charge me more and give me the sandwich I ordered 10 months ago when you opened. 1 of the 2places in Ellwood that delivered and you couldn?t prosper from that. Read more
Sadly I had ordered Grand Daddy & another smaller size pizza ???? and when I gotta to my designation it was only a 16 slice cut!... Wasn?t thrilled to see that. I have ordered delivery from this location 2 times. The first time I ordered I got a pizza and wedgie. They sent me a pizza and... a sub. I didn't complain or call. The next time we ordered I got a pizza and cheesesteak with extra cheese with mayo andjalapeños on the side. The pizza was fine the cheesesteak came without the requested condiments and without the cheese. Icalled they said they would remake the order. NOW here is the part that really upset me. I get a phone call back. I assumed itwas the manager but NO it was the cook who proceeded to ARGUE with me that she made it right. UNBELIEVABLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Iowned a restaurant for 10 years. This is absolutely the worst location that Fox's Pizza Den has ever franchised. I have ordered several times from this location... and I seem to receive different responses everytime I order. First Experience: Forgot Drinks and sauces, Second Experience: Weare past the 5 mile marker we can't deliver to you, Third Experience: You are past the 6 mile marker can't deliver, (Side note,on every map source I am 2.5miles from their location) Fourth Experience: Rude and disgraceful experience lying and acting likethe owner. Fifth Experience: Double charged due to them not reading the tip correctly! I reached out to the owner on Facebookand explained my situation and I did not get the greatest response ever. I am not one to really care about food places as Idon't expect much but when I have limited places to order it makes it extremely frustrating. (Note for the owner) If you aregoing to run a franchise maybe you should dedicate your time training your employees to ensure they are handling the customer'srequests and generating revenue for your business. Vet people that you hire and train them well so they can be successful. Idon't necessarily blame the employees I blame the owner for not hiring the right people or providing them with the appropriatetools to be successful within their field. Get it together! Read more
