This place is doing so much better than last year for sure !! The staff is always so nice ...only thing is the lack of keeping... the dining area clean. Bathrooms seem to always be but every single table is usually dirty. If there is never clean tables thenhow can the people that go into dine actually dine right....? Just an insight. If I could give a half star I would,waited a half hour for my order,I don't mind waiting but they got our orders wrong,7 drinks... and did not offer a drink try no straws were out and the bathroom was icky and poo on the loo seat and no one was cleaning! You have to ask for napkins and they don't smile much,I ordered a chicken sandwich and I don't know where they got the chicken... meat from but it had things in it and it wasn't spice.it didn't even look like real chicken. I am a firm believer that too often we use platforms like this to say the bad things. So I wanted to take the opportunity to say... how impressed I was with the service I received tonight at Burger King in here in Elma Washington. I was greeted promptly when Icame into the door. When I went in to use the restroom it was clean, and the service that I received from the employees as wellas management was great! They were friendly? but what I found most impressive was the chemistry amongst the staff, while Iwaited for my food and listen to them laugh and enjoy their shift while working. This BK is constantly out of staple things like fries, onion rings, napkins.. And my orders never seem correct. Always missing... random ingredients like lettuce on one burger yet it?s on another.
