Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience at this location. The employees are always friendly,... and as far as I'm concerned the customer service is tops. Read more
Horrible service waited over 32 minutes as my order was given away apparently to the wrong person. I questioned the wait after... 30 minutes and was told? I don?t know by the employee? Asked for my money back and was told the only way to get a refund was ona gift card. Asked for a manager and was told that know manager would be available in the store until Tuesday (today isThursday). Worse Starbucks customer service ever. Read more
