I walk inside to order for take out. Stood an waited for almost 15 minutes for my order. But yet the drive thru is just packed... an watch the orders fly out the window. I had 20 minutes to stop for an iced coffee on my way to the bank. I ordered with the kiosk and started waiting patiently. 15... minutes went by and nothing happened! Watching the staff trying to work was like watching a demolition derby. I waited another10 minutes and still nothing happened! I had to leave empty handed in order to make to my appointment. McDonald's failed toprovide me with my morning coffee, took my money, and made me late for my appointment.
