I've been to Jamaica before, and coming back to New York, I couldn't find that many Jamaican options that tasted similar-until... now. The Jamaican Chicken Patties are AMAZING. Wow - this is real Jamaican food. I usually have the curry chicken or stew chicken but this time I tried the curry tripe w/rice... and peas and it was so good. Well seasoned and nice level of heat. The ginger limeade was so refreshing and good to know theymake it fresh in the store. A great spot for ultimate flavor! I had the jerked chicken and BBQ jerked chicken. The amount of flavor that these birds... offered was insane. Greatness in each bite! Meat was juicy and flavorful. The beans and rice, topped with some gravy, was alsostrong. The jerked chicken patty was delightful and had a light crisp. Great service and the workers were excellent andhelpful.
