The lady that took our order suggested a hot coffee drink for my wife. She loved it. The food was good.
Extremely unsatisfying experience at the Elwood Taco Bell tonight for our family of 4. The 2 not even half full chipotle melts... were supposed to have extra sauce which we were charged for. 1 and a third pieces of chicken each. The nacho fries weren't evenhalf full and tasted like they were made yesterday. The not even half full cheese cup was also cold and had a nasty film on top.The chicken quesadilla was almost void of sauce and had less than half the normal amount of chicken. I called to ask if anythingcould be done and got put on hold forever until I eventually gave up and hung up. Read more
Chalupas were old, falling apart, literally two peices of chicken, hardly any lettuce, and just a dash of nacho cheese. Working... second shift there is no other place open to eat late at night and it's a shame when you hand out your hard earned money justfor a few taco bell employees to not take any pride in making decent food.
