I tried to pay at the pump. I tapped my card. Then pushed the button of which gas I wanted. It began to pump and play the... advertisement on the screen. Then I finished. It didn't print a receipt. But a lot of times it doesn't. So I drove away. Later I noticed to charge had not shown up in my credit card notifications. So I called the store. Asked to pay with creditcard. The person said we cannot do that. I was trying to be honest. They were not accommodating. I ended up sending cash topay for it. I will NOT go back there again!! Read more
I could not agree more with the other poor reviews of this store. Although I do not live in Ely I have stopped at this store... many many times over the years. Today was my last. Poorly run, poorly maintained, diesel pump nozzle gross, dirty, trashoverflowing, no ice, cooler with HUGE gaps in inventory, signage on all of the doors telling clients they are closing earlybecause they don?t have enough help, and staff who give you their backs without a proper thank you. Extremely rude general manager every time I go in there to buy a pack of smokes I constantly get harassed will not be coming... back after this morning assuming I'm buying for some one under 21 because I buy cigs twice a day strongly recommend if u aregonna go to a gas station in ely go to lucky 7 if u dont wanna constantly get harassed they treat there customers like peoplemind u applied at this location back a month ago and was turned down for what I would assume was very unprofessional grounds Read more
