The female manager messed up my mobile order and refused to fix it or give anything at all. Said refunds are handled through a... third party app and brushed me off then left. No food and I have to email the company for a refund. Read more
Definitely a big improvement in food & customer service . The team member at the drive thru window was all smiles so... professional and just great energy for the drive thru window and helping customers her name was Ray (thank you) They took myorder quickly and speaker and food was ready at drive thru window. The workers are very nice! However half my order was missing once I got home. I should have checked in the parking lot, but if... you want $16 an hour you should be able to read a screen that tells you what someone ordered. Read more
