Very good chicken tenders, everything seems tasty. Obviously understaffed when I visited but isn't everyone? We ate in but it's... all the same, they just give you a place to sit and eat. No waiters or waitresses. I will go back. Read more

The manager doesn't believe federal labor laws apply to the restaurant. They also fail to withhold taxes from handwritten... payroll checks. I'm sure the IRS would love to hear about that. Chicken was mediocre. Milk shake was hot garbage. The toast wasdelicious. A note to employees... It's illegal for them to make you attend a "mandatory" meeting and not pay you. It's wagetheft and you are entitled to back pay. Read more

Okay, I must admit I am one of THOSE PEOPLE who usually only think to leave a review when they get bad service but after my... third time coming here in 2 weeks I just had to leave one. There are other places that have great chicken strips but my numberone issue with those places is you never know when it's going to be fresh or dried out. All three times Lenny's taste as if theyjust finished cooking. This place is fantastic. Their chicken strips are massive and the breading is out of this world. Theonly complaint I could have had and I can't bring myself to deduct a star is the last time I came I asked for the original and Igot the spicy but how can I complain when the mistake was such an awesome mistake. They weren't so spicy I couldn't handle itand flavor was just out of this world, to the point where the dipping sauce wasn't even necessary for the spicy. The fries weregood and though I think I like Cane's bread better if I have to choose between the bread and the chicken it's going to be thechicken every time. Lenny's gets five well deserved stars for the most consistently amazing chicken strips. Read more

Drove almost 30 minutes to pull up to the window, only to be told they were in a meeting. A meeting at 4:50pm! One of the... busiest times of the day! This is what I get for trying to support a small local business!!!! Read the other reviews and thoughtI would get the same experience, fooled me!!! I will stick to Raising Canes!!! At least when I support them I know I will get agood meal when I am hungry and not waste my GAS or TIME! First impressions our everything. I understand having a business, things aren't going to go as planned, but come on! Employees gave off a rude and ghetto demeanor about themselves!! Veryunprofessional. Try at own risk!!!!!!!!!!!! Good communication is key to a successful business...ANY business. I, and several others waited for over 30 minutes for our... orders. We were not informed that the restaurant had experienced an issue with lack of supplies (ran out of gloves andtherefore, couldn't make the chicken). If I HAD been informed, I would've left and gone elsewhere. I witnessed a woman beingrudely spoken to by an employee when she had asked to have a voucher for a free order of the item that they ran out of. She wasnot informed that they were running low of this item. You got your money back, you can just leave the restaurant now(paraphrased) is what he told her. Another couple had asked for their money back because they needed to leave for anappointment due to the lack of communication. Your workers stalled the couple by saying, it is ready, we just need to put ittogether (again, paraphrased). My order was given to me right at that moment, so I don't know how the situation concluded. Myorder was okay, except that they forgot the Texas toast. This experience left me feeling disgusted and embarrassed for the ownerof this business. It will be a LONG time before I eat at this restaurant again, if ever. Read more
