What kind of McDonald?s offers an inside pick up but locks all the doors even the door that has the window that you can walk up... to, makes zero sense to force everyone to go through the drive thru. The worst part is this when they don?t accept card and ityou?re still forced to go through the drive-through because there?s no exit, why are you being paid $15 an hour to makesandwiches that are always cold and it takes you 2 1/2 hours to get through a line? OCTOBER 12, 2022 Finally! My fries and quarter pounders with cheese are perfectly done and delicious. The head manager is here... working frontline. Today, the place is running like the "well-oiled machine" it's supposed to be. Kudos! ----------------------------------- When the adult managers are gone, it's anything goes. Lazy, inattentive crew memberwho made a large public outburst/major issue when I said my sandwich wasn't fresh and asked for it to be remade and brought tomy table. How hard would it have been for her to walk from behind the counter to my booth, when I'd waited more than 10 minutesfor the order? They simply do not care. You have to worry about hurting teenagers' feelings if you stick up for yourself atMcDonald's. $13/hr to retain undesirable employees like this? I asked amanager for a better copy and was refused. The fries were "nearly fresh", but the quarter pounders were dry and tasted"off." This restaurant has a water/beverage issue. According to the crew member who took the order, now they are charging $1.07for a courtesy cup of water because customers are getting soda with water cups. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MCDONALDS AROUND. I have never waited so long for my order than I have consistently every single time... coming here. Terrible customer service, nonchalantly telling us that the carbon monoxide panel being open happens all the timeand didn?t know whether or not it was safe. Disorganized inside, barely has both the lanes open in the drive through. Justwaited 40 minutes for a large coffee (which had zero creamer and sugar put in it), an orange juice and a single hashbrown. If Icould give this place negative stars- I would. Read more
This location is usually the most accurate with the orders and items, and even when the drivethru line goes around the building... they get through it pretty quickly. Inside they have the new ordering screens that are slowly replacing all cashiers, but theywill gladly help you in person at the counter. Staff are all very hard working, as this is such a busy location, and themanagement team as far as I'm aware seems solid. The parking lot can seem a little confusing, with the entrance on the oppositeside of the parking, but it also better serves people coming in on foot from the main street this way. Only problem I've everhad are people sometimes walking up to your car door while you're stuck in the drivethru requesting money/food, which is out ofthe staff's control. Read more
