I haven't gone many new places since I've been diagnosed type 2 diabetic because I'm a naturally nervous person and worry about... places not having anything appropriate for the changes to my diet. I also am only just getting into coffee really. These folkswere so accommodating in both aspects! They explained what sugar free flavors they had, explained a couple coffee options sinceI know near nothing about it, and even happily showed me nutrition labels when they themselves weren't sure on something.
