Seems to be a pop up kitchen operating here. Staff did not explain how that works or even offer to take a food order. At the... bar the draft system was down and they did not have an IPA in a can so that was disappointing. I will keep driving by thisplace and go to some where else. Read more
BRIDGESBANGERS SANDWICH REVIEW 11 (4-28-21) Score(3.5/5????) LOCATION:@hometownheroeseb (Oakland, CA) ORDERED: GEM &... SOUTHIE Price $12-14. Never been to the spot. Dope atmosphere beer on tap, in door outdoor seating and TV for the big game. Buttime to focus on the Sandwiches. We had what is called the Gem(cheese steak) and the south( chicken bbq). First thing I think offor Bay Area hoagie is Dutch crunch and this place had it. You can?t beat a good Crunch and the bread provides just that. Themeats in the two sandwiches above were emulsified in gooey cheese and shards of the respected meats( chicken and steak). Sizewise one is definitely enough as I had leftovers to take home. The sandwich had zero dry aspects to it but also was not drippingwith grease. My only issue was the bread was cut completely in half giving some issues with keeping the delicious meat in itsvessel. If you are looking for a cool place to hangout after work or to watch the game this is the place for you. I don?t drink adult... drinks so I this review is just for the food and vibes. The food here is fantastic! My coworkers have been trying to get me togo out after work to get drinks for a long time. After work I?m always busy with family stuff. Until one day we got to leavework early. I was so happy I did! I got to hangout with cool folks and I also got to try some really juicy burgers and crispyonion rings. They have a small patio seating and also a few table and chairs inside. The vibe here cool. A mix of sports fansand locals. I will definitely be returning. Read more
