I came here with a group of friends for a birthday so there were quite a lot of us. The waiter we had was very friendly and... super energetic which really added to our evening as we continued to order drinks. We ordered a bunch of fries as well whichwere honestly excellent. I suppose my expectations were pretty low but I really enjoyed them for what they were. The drinks onthe other hand were pretty hit or miss. I don't want to say they were bad since I tend to prefer less boozy tasting drinks but Ican at least say they weren't for me. I have one other complaint but it is a little unfair. The ambience in the restaurant wasquite nice but something about the music they were playing and all the warm colors created a very sleep atmosphere. Think lesshere to party and more closing time at the library. That's great if it's what you're looking for but it isn't what my group wasafter. All in all I still had a nice time so it's your call whether this place would be up your alley. Read more
On our Anniversary weekend get away. Stopped here for lunch/brunch and what a good choice it was. Service was great. Jordan was... polite attentive and took awesome care of our needs. The food was the highlight though! My husband had the steak and eggs and Ihad the chicken and waffles. Both tasted phenomenally and we split an order of the sausage biscuits! TLDR: food is ok, service is great and huge outdoor seating area We ordered the beignets and small bucket of chicken. The... beignets were not at all beignets, but really big balls of dough more akin to a doughnut. It was super heavy while beignets aremuch lighter. The chicken has a batter that?s a bit too thick, I was peeling off the batter as I was eating the chicken, thoughit maintained the juiciness inside. Came today on Veterans Day, 11/11/2021 @1:00 pm. Me and my chica friend ate indoors. Four wide screens, clean azz floors, clean... bathrooms, cool azz bartender (we only want her to make our drinks!????????????????) and the food was slamming. We ordered themac and cheese, fritters and biscuits. Omg!!! Talk about in love!!! For dessert, we ordered the Bundt cake. The food is devine.????????????????????????????The service was excellent.
